    What an absolute travesty, I can't believe I spent two nights here. The spa was not working for all three days and that just ruined everything. Don't expect breakfast after 10 am. It's constantly empty, like my patience. A complimentary drink would have been nice after all that trouble, but I guess they don't care about expectations.

    There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was great! The room was modern, beautiful with an amazing view over city. The food was fabulous, we had pancakes and eggs for breakfast. The best thing was how great the staff were.

    We explored the local culture at Galería PURO and Nuna Theater. The rooftop views were fine, and the facilities were great. Pro tip, check the breakfast hours since food runs out quickly. The gym also had excellent equipment for a quick workout!

    Our only downside was the distance from the main attractions. It took longer than expected to get around, a bit inconvenient for our plans.
